The Finance Bureau has responsibility for the preparation and presentation of the Department's annual appropriation request. The payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions are also a part of the office. Court-ordered restitution and fines, as well as inmate accounting functions, are also major functions of the Bureau.
