Within the Utah Department of Corrections (UDC), we have over 2200 staff and contract employees who use the O-TRACK system. In addition, we have provided read-only access to municipal police departments, sheriff offices, county jails and even fire departments. Other Utah State agencies using O-TRACK include the Attorney General's Office and the Departments of Workforce Services, Recovery Services and Public Safety. Some of the other organizations that benefit from having access to O-TRACK include the FBI and DEA, the SLCPD Victim Resource Center, the Salt Lake Area Gang Project, the Salt Lake County District Attorney, the Tooele County District Attorney and Valley Mental Health's Forensic Unit.

The security features of the O-TRACK System are completely customizable. This allows us to create custom logons for any group which needs specific access to an area within O-TRACK.
