The Offender Case File is the shell of the offender's file and facilitates
the overall management of the case. Basic fact sheets, vital statistics,
photographs, fingerprints, locations, and movements are available in this
section to form "quick-pick" summary information collected from throughout
the system's database. Also, this is the section where caseload assignments
to Departmental staff, caseload checklists, due date reports, overdue report
lists, case file audits, and workload formula statistics are performed and
managed.
