Region Four - Provo

Region Four encompasses all of Utah, Wasatch, Juab and Millard counties. Region Four has satellite offices in Fillmore, Nephi, Heber, American Fork and Lehi, in addition to the regional office in Provo.

Included as part of the Provo office is the Region Four Day Reporting Center, which serves more than 200 clients.

Region Four's offices provide supervision and intake services for the Fourth District Court, serving judges in Provo, Heber, Fillmore, Nephi and American Fork.
