Adult Probation and Parole
Jim Hudspeth was appointed director of the Division of Adult Probation and Parole in March 2016. Jim previously served as the Department's Law Enforcement Bureau chief, a position he was appointed to in 2013.
Prior to that, he was the administrator for AP&P's Region 3. Jim also served for a year as administrator for AP&P Region 4. Jim joined the Department in 1997 and worked as a correctional officer at the Bonneville Community Correctional Center; as an Adult Probation and Parole agent; and as an investigator and investigations supervisor.
Jim started his career in law enforcement with the Honolulu Police Department in 1992. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Marine Corps after serving for 10 years.
