The Utah Department of Corrections’ VINE Service is a free automated hotline that provides victims and community members with offender information and notification 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Victim/Offender Dialogue Program

Many victims of violent crimes are left with unanswered questions that prevent them from moving forward with their lives. To help in that process, the Department created the Victim/Offender Dialogue Program.

Utah Office For Victims Of Crime

The Utah Office for Victims of Crime (UOVC) provides financial compensation for victims of crime, administers and monitors Victim of Crime Act Compensation and Assistance grants and Violence Against Women grants, networks victim services across the state, and provides enhanced training.
