To pick up property you must first make an appointment at either location
Utah State Correctional Facility: Salt Lake City
Address/Directions: 1480 N 8000 W, Salt Lake City UT, 84116
The property pick up is open Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) from 7 to 9 a.m., 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and 3 to 5 p.m.
The appointments are at ten minute intervals. To make an appointment please call 801-522-7771 or 801-522-7772. Staff will ensure the property is ready for pick up and confirm your information or that of the individual assigned for pick up. You must present a drivers license or a State ID when you pick up property. If you are going to be late for the appointment, please call 801-522-7929 so the staff don’t leave the area or so that you can reschedule.

Take I-80 to exit 111 (7200 West exit)

Turn North off of the exit.

Turn West (Left) onto North Temple Frontage Rd.

Head West on North Temple Frontage Rd. for approximately one mile until reaching 8000 West.

Turn North/right on 8000 West and then left as you near the prison
- Before you reach the Vehicle Direction Station there is a building on your right that has a door that says INMATE PROPERTY PICK UP.
Central Utah Correctional Facility: Gunnison
Address/Directions: 255 E 300 N, Gunnison UT, 84634
The property pick up is open Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. Accommodations can be arranged for after hours between 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The appointments are at ten minute intervals. To make an appointment please call 435-528-6470 or 435-528-6473. Staff will ensure the property is ready for pick up and confirm your information or that of the individual assigned for pick up. You must present a drivers license or a State ID when you pick up property. If you are going to be late for the appointment, please call so the staff don’t leave the area or so that you can reschedule.
