Offenders incarcerated in the Utah State Correctional Center and the Central Utah Correctional Center will be allowed to have one photo taken per year by visiting staff.
These photos are for offenders that do not get in person contact visits.
Please note: The inmate may refuse to have his photo taken or sent out.
